We love our customers, we want you to get the perfect hair for you and/or your client. We have black security bands on our products which must be intact and unopened in order to accept a return or exchange. If the bands are still intact, you can exchange colors or return within 30 days after purchase date. Once the bands are broken, you may not return or exchange. Once we receive the hair back in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unworn and in its original packaging, we will process the refund. No returns or exchanges after 30 days from your purchase date.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. We are not responsible for any hair that has been altered due to hair coloring or toning or use of purple shampoo. We are not responsible for any discoloration that may happen due to water activities, sunscreen use, chlorine, or saltwater.
